Seven years ago, my world stopped.

I lost my 15 year old son Sam, suddenly and unexpectantly. In an instant, the “perfect” career I had been building - the endless projects I had been chasing while missing precious time with my boys - became completely meaningless. I shut down, closed up shop. I had to.

3. Outcomes Over Outputs: A 50 page slide deck is a paperweight. A clear, actionable roadmap is a weapon.
